A curious trend: leaders in remote-first companies still use offices - what about their teams? 🤔 According to Hubble's Workspace Satisfaction Report 2025, 80% of leaders in remote-first companies use an office themselves, even as their teams work remotely. Here’s the breakdown: ✏️ 20% of leaders are fully remote, working at home all the time. ✏️ 40% are mostly at home but occasionally head into an office. ✏️ 30% are mostly in the office but sometimes work from home. ✏️ 10% are fully office-based, all the time. It’s an interesting dynamic: leaders in remote-first setups seem to carve out office space for themselves. Is it about focus? A need for separation? Or something else entirely? This also raises an important question: Are these leaders offering their teams access to a ‘third space,’ like coworking desks or other flexible workspace options too?
