What's included?

Absolutely. We've even created a handy checklist for you to get started, which can be downloaded below.

The easiest way to do this is to complete the checklist during video calls with each of your team members.

Once you have completed an assessment with each of your team members, you should review the findings with them, diagnose any issues, and provide access to solutions and appropriate DSE training.

Before completing the process, it is important to get up to speed with the legislation in the Health and Safety (Display Screen Equipment) Regulations 1992. More information can be found on the hse.gov.uk website.

Can't I just do this myself?

What does a HubbleHQ Home Working Assessment involve?

First of all, each of your employees will be asked to complete our online assessment. This takes approximately 20 minutes, and they will need to take photographs of and answer questions about their home working setup.

The assessment aims to identify:

Risks in the home environment

Long-term wellbeing and productivity

Suitability of work equipment

Home Working Assessments*
by

The HubbleHQ Home Working Assessment is designed to give you a detailed understanding of your employees' working environments: identifying any risks to wellbeing, productivity, and safety, and providing you with the information and guidance you need to effectively allocate spend.

Comprehensive analysis of the suitability of every employee's home working equipment and environment

Detailed, actionable dataset on all team members, including recommendations to prioritise and optimise spend on home working

Training and guidance for all employees on best practices when working from home, to improve health and productivity

DSE and Home working Risk Assessment Report for each individual
In line with HSE & ACAS guidance on Health and Safety (Display
Screen Equipment) Regulations 1992

Once completed, we will compile the data into reports for each individual, and for the team as a whole.

Our specialists will then provide recommendations to improve the working environment of each of your team members and suggest company-wide solutions to any common issues.

Finally, we will provide everyone in the team with the necessary material to ensure they understand the best ways to manage working in the home environment.
